1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and MediK-9 LLC ("we," "us," "our") and apply to your use of this website and your purchase of MediK-9 products through it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products and pricing

Product descriptions, kit contents, and prices are presented as accurately as we can and may change at any time without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax and shipping are additional and are shown during checkout.

3. Ordering and payment

Checkout is handled by PayPal. Your payment details go directly to PayPal under its own terms and privacy policy — we never see or store your card numbers. An order is accepted when payment is completed. If we cannot fill an order, we will refund the payment for it.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs and timing are shown or quoted at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

5. What our kits are — and are not

MediK-9 kits contain first aid and preparedness supplies for pets. They are not veterinary care, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan, and neither the kits nor anything on this website replaces the professional judgment of a licensed veterinarian. If your pet is injured or ill, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital right away. You are responsible for using the supplies sensibly and for keeping them away from children.

6. Problems with an order

If anything arrives damaged, missing, or wrong, email CustomerService@MediK-9.com and we will make it right. Please contact us before returning anything.

7. Site content

The text, photos, and materials on this site belong to MediK-9 LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, sell, or republish them without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to break or overload it, placing fraudulent orders, scraping content, or using the site in any unlawful way.

9. Outside links

The site links to third parties such as PayPal and our sponsor, Forever Frenchies. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MediK-9 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability connected with an order will not exceed what you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold MediK-9 LLC harmless from claims that arise out of your misuse of this website or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, and any dispute about the website or an order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

13. Severability and changes

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version.
